• 07:30-08:00 AM Pick up from the hotel lobby.
• 09.00 AM Arrival at the pier. Meeting wih the guide, break for tea, cofee.
• 09.30 AM departure from the pier.

• 10:10 AM Lao Lading island. Picturesque island. A small cozy beach sunounded by steep cliffs covered with tropical greenery, Here you can take beautiful photos and swim.
• Lao Kar Sight seeing and take a photo with Bird's nest cave.
• Ao Kar enjoy with snorkeling time.

• 11.50 AM Hong lsland Lagoon.

• 12.00 PM Have Lunch
• Hong sland is also а National Park like the previous island. Long beautiful beach with white sand, Relax on the beach, snorkeling, walk through the jungle, Ascent to the Viewpoint with an excelent all-round view of the sea part of the Krabi province
• Monkey island take a photo and sight seeing.

• 02.00 PM Sand spit Laem Had Koh Yao. Walk along the spit. Snow-white sand palm trees, small and larger crabs. Many lms were Imed in this picturesque place.

• 03.00 PM Naka lsland relax on the beach and enjoy with activilty at the island Jet ski, Banana boat. Parasaiing (There is an additional charge)

• 04.00 PM Return to the pier.

Once we have received your booking and payment details we will send you a booking and Pick-up time confirmation via your preferred communication channel within two business days. If you do not receive a response from us within this time frame, please contact us again via WhatsApp or Email as provided above.

*Please make your reservation at least 2 to 7 days in advance of your travel date, as we need to ensure availability for your requested service.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made less than 36 hours prior to the departure date, A 15% fee based on the total amount of tour price will be applied.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the departure date, A 50% fee based on the total amount of tour price will be applied.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the departure date or "No Show" A 100% of total amount of tour price will be applied (no refund).

• The refund process will take approximately 14 - 30 business days after it has been approved by the company.

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling the tour date made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will not incur any additional charges.

• Rescheduling made less than 24 hours before departure time may be subject to additional fees imposed by the suppliers.

• In case of sickness, a medical certificate must be presented for the supplier to consider the request.

• Without a valid medical certificate, any Rescheduling or cancellation will be subject to the company’s standard terms and conditions.

Bad weather Cancellation

We assess the weather condition every morning. In the event that the tour be unable to operate as scheduled, you will be given the option to either select an alternative travel date or obtain a full refund of the paid tour price.

"However, if the supplier confirms that the tour can operate as scheduled and you decline not to participate, no refund will be issued."

Complaint and Refund

Should any issues or inappropriate incidents occur during the tour, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately. We will thoroughly investigate the matter and take all appropriate actions to resolve it.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for completed tours due to personal dissatisfaction, weather conditions, changes in the itinerary, or other factors beyond our control.
