• Location: Phang Nga Province.

• Duration of the tour is approximately 8 to 9 hours.

• It'll take 1.30 - 2 hours from Phuket to Phang Nga by air-con minibus.

• Riders of ATVs must be at least 16 years of age. Individuals under the age of 16 are only permitted to ride as passengers.

• there is additional fee to get in the cave at Suwankuha temple (20 THB)

• Free round trip transfer areas: Patong, Kata, Karon, Kamala, Kalim, Surin, Bangtao, Tritrang, Laguna, Phuket town, Kathu, Chalong, Leam hin, Maikhao.

• Extra round trip transfer charge areas: (pay separately)
• 200 THB/Person: Panwa, Sirey, Rawai, Niharn, Naithon, Naiyang, Layan, Airport.

• 1-12 Person = 2,500 - 3,500 THB.

• If you do not require a shuttle service, have any food allergies, vegetarian, or other important information we should be aware of, please include the details in the “Remarks” section of your booking.

• Please prepare a copy paper or a photo of your passport on your mobile device for registration on the day of travel. Alternatively, you may send it to us in advance if requested.

• Pregnant women.
• Individuals with heart conditions.
• Individuals with back problems.
• Individuals with asthma.
• Individuals who have undergone bone or neck surgery within the past 6 months.
• Children under 1 year of age.
• Adults over 65 years of age.
• If you are planning to join this tour with a child under the age of 1 or a senior over the age of 65, kindly contact our team before making a reservation.

*If the tour operator refuses to provide service on the tour date due to any of the above medical or age-related conditions, no refund will be issued.

• Pick-up and drop-off times may vary depending on the location of your hotel.

• The travel itinerary may be subject to change due to sea levels, environmental conditions, weather conditions, water conditions, government orders, or other factors beyond our control.

• Insurance coverage does not include ATV damage or personal property damage.

Once we have received your booking and payment details we will send you a booking and Pick-up time confirmation via your preferred communication channel within two business days. If you do not receive a response from us within this time frame, please contact us again via WhatsApp or Email as provided above.

*Please make your reservation at least 2 to 7 days in advance of your travel date, as we need to ensure availability for your requested service.

*Your booking is considered confirmed only when you have received an official confirmation from our team.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made less than 36 hours prior to the departure date, A 15% fee based on the total amount of tour price will be applied.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the departure date, A 50% fee based on the total amount of tour price will be applied.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the departure date or "No Show" A 100% of total amount of tour price will be applied (no refund).

• The refund process will take approximately 14 - 30 business days after it has been approved by the company.

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling the tour date made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will not incur any additional charges.

• Rescheduling made less than 24 hours before departure time may be subject to additional fees imposed by the suppliers.

• In case of sickness, a medical certificate must be presented for the supplier to consider the request.

• Without a valid medical certificate, any Rescheduling or cancellation will be subject to the company’s standard terms and conditions.

Bad weather Cancellation

We assess the weather condition every morning. In the event that the tour be unable to operate as scheduled, you will be given the option to either select an alternative travel date or obtain a full refund of the paid tour price."

"However, if the supplier confirms that the tour can operate as scheduled and you decline not to participate, no refund will be issued."

Complaint and Refund

Should any issues or inappropriate incidents occur during the tour, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately. We will thoroughly investigate the matter and take all appropriate actions to resolve it.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for completed tours due to personal dissatisfaction, weather conditions, changes in the itinerary, or other factors beyond our control.
