AP Phuket Tour acts solely as an agent for third-party suppliers providing products and services listed on this website. These suppliers including transportation providers, tour guides, accommodation operators, and other service providers are not employees or agents of AP Phuket Tour. Therefore, we are not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, death, accident, delay, inconvenience, or expense resulting from:
- Your use or booking of any product or service.
- Any act, omission, warranty, error, negligence, misconduct, or breach by such suppliers or tour guides.
- Circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, events, force majeure, rerouting, additional expenses, or actions by any government or authority.
No refunds will be issued under such circumstances.
AP Phuket Tour reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, with or without prior notice, if deemed necessary for the safety, comfort, or benefit of all parties involved.
Privacy Policy
In order to provide the tour services you request, we are required to collect your personal data and contact details, booking information, and payment information "Your credit or debit card information will not be transmitted through or stored in our system" it is securely transmitted directly to the payment gateway via a secure connection.
- We use your data to process bookings and provide travel services, to communicate with you, and to improve our website and services.
- We may share your information with service providers for the purpose of fulfilling your booking, with payment gateways, or with legal authorities if required by law.
- We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable law.

Once we have received your booking and payment details we will send you a booking confirmation and Pick-up time via your preferred communication channel within two business days.
If you do not receive a response from us within this time frame, please contact us again via WhatsApp or Email as provided above.
*Please make your reservation in advance of your travel date as indicated for each program, as we need to ensure availability for your requested service.

*Your booking is considered confirmed only when you have received an official confirmation from our team.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellations made less than 36 hours prior to the departure date, A 15% fee based on the total amount of tour price will be applied.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the departure date, A 50% fee based on the total amount of tour price will be applied.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the departure date or "No Show" A 100% of total amount of tour price will be applied. (no refund).
- The refund process will take approximately 14 - 30 business days after it has been approved by the company.
Rescheduling
- Reschedulingthe tour date made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will not incur any additional charges.
- Rescheduling made less than 24 hours before departure time may be subject to additional fees imposed by the suppliers.
- In case of sickness, a medical certificate must be presented for the supplier to consider the request.
- Without a valid medical certificate, any Rescheduling or cancellation will be subject to the company’s standard terms and conditions.
Bad Weather Cancellation
We assess the weather condition every morning. In the event that the tour be unable to operate as scheduled, you will be given the option to either select an alternative travel date or obtain a full refund of the paid tour price."
"However, if the supplier confirms that the tour can operate as scheduled and you decline not to participate, no refund will be issued."
Complaint and Refund
Should any issues or inappropriate incidents occur during the tour, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately. We will thoroughly investigate the matter and take all appropriate actions to resolve it.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for completed tours due to personal dissatisfaction, weather conditions, changes in the itinerary, or other factors beyond our control.
